1. Open terminal console and type this code :
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
if there ask your password input your ubuntu password.
2. Backtrack repository must add in Ubuntu, type this code on your terminal console :
sudo wget -q http://archive.offensive-security.com/backtrack.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add -
3. Update your system with type this code :
sudo apt-get update
4. Open Synaptic Package Manager and type bactrack, install backtrack application that you need.
example : sudo apt-get install wepcrack
5. Finish, try your ubuntu backtrack and get the learning about networks world.
